When measuring the magnetic field strength of a suspension magnetic separator, what method is generally used?

To make the position of the measuring point accurate when measuring the magnetic field strength, a measuring point template needs to be made according to the shape of the magnetic pole before measuring. Draw the position of each measuring point on the sample board, and drill holes at the measuring point so that the probe can reach the hole to complete the measurement. The measurement contents generally include: the magnetic field strength of each section of the magnetic system at different positions, the magnetic field strength of each key point of the magnetic level surface on each section, and the magnetic field strength of a space point at a distance from the magnetic level.

The magnetic field strength changes of the suspension magnetic separator need to pay attention to the following matters: 1. Avoid excessive temperature; 2. Avoid direct sunlight; 3. Avoid acid and alkali corrosion.

Suspension magnetic separator mainly includes several parts such as machine base, lower magnetic system, rotating cage, upper magnetic system, hollow shaft, concentrate trough, transmission device and so on. When installing the machine base, measure its elevation and level on the basis of the hollow bearing pad base. The positioning of the lower magnetic system should be based on the machine base. The gap adjustment between the rotating cage and the upper and lower magnetic systems must be accurate, and the limit deviation of the gap must be controlled at 0 + 1mm.
