The low radiation intensity of the particles, the easy blocking of the magnetic medium (the decisive substance), the low recovery rate, and the difficulty of maintenance have become major technical barriers worldwide. After 13 years in China, it has innovated the design theory of suspension permanent magnets, broke through the bottlenecks in the manufacture of suspension permanent magnets, and overcome the key technical barriers to strong magnetic separation of weak magnetic ore. More than 20 countries including India, Australia, Brazil, etc., the equipment performance and economic and technical indicators have reached internationally high levels, making China the world’s most important country to master the key technologies of large-scale suspension permanent magnet.
